Sanofi Phytoxil Syrup 180g is a syrup that allows to relieve the cough (dry cough and loose cough) based of Thyme, Plantain and Honey.
This syrup for the cough is a medical device which is indicated to soothe the loose cough and the dry cough and when this one is associated to an infection of superior airways.
It is adapted for adults and children and acts by mechanical action on the irritated mucus membrane thanks to two mechanisms. One favors the hydration of the mucus in order to facilitate the physiologic expectoration and the other forms a film to protects the mucus membrane from the contact with the external irritating agents.
This syrup contains a Poliflav Complex M.A which acts against the cough as it is composed of : polysaccharidic fraction of Plantain associated to honey for its mucoadhesive and flavonoic fraction of Thyme for its anti-oxidant action which contributes to the protection of the mucous membrane.
