Directions for use:
Take a dab of Hair Food, warm it between the palms of your hands, then distribute it throughout the hair.

For a clean, frizz-free style, use Hair Food when braiding or Braid-out/Twist-out.
It can also be used to control baby's hair or to flatten hair.
